For their 2017 User Summit, CustomerGauge announces customer experience thought leader Joana van den Brink-Quintanilha as the keynote speaker in May.

This May, CustomerGauge is celebrating their 10th Anniversary and annual User Summit in beautiful Amsterdam, Netherlands. To top off their event this spring, CustomerGauge has tapped Forrester expert Joana van den Brink-Quintanilha as their keynote speaker.

Joana is a leading voice and thought leader in digital customer experience, journey mapping and agile methodologies at Forrester. She currently leads the CX Index research in Europe, which provides actionable CX insights to prioritize investments and improve customer experiences. She is an expert in the areas of adaptive brand marketing, brand tactics, customer-centricity, customer advocacy, customer analytics, and much more.

At the event, Joana will discuss how NPS drives cultural shifts at companies, and best practices for delivering superior customer experience.
